Who we are

We are a Bilingual service of Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Social Workers in Ontario, and Québec. We specialize in helping adults, teens, couples, and families reduce stress and improve emotional well-being. We support clients experiencing symptoms such as anxiety, panic attacks, anger or rage, depression, irritability, mood swings, guilt, shame, grief and loss, numbness, low self-esteem, hopelessness, fearfulness, phobias, feeling overwhelmed or “stressed out,” difficulties with focus and memory, hypervigilance or being easily startled, restlessness, sleep disturbances, nightmares, flashbacks, intrusive or obsessive thoughts, dissociation (feeling spaced out, outside of your body, or that things are not real), including behavioural symptoms such as substances misuses, self-harm, suicidal attempts, eating, as well as physical symptoms such as fatigue, headaches or migraines, stomach aches, nausea, dizziness, shortness of breath, jaw clenching, chronic pain, and body tension or shaking.

Our work is trauma-informed and tailored to each client. We use trauma-focused therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic approaches (AED), which help the nervous system process and release unresolved experiences. We also integrate emotion-focused therapy (EFT) to help clients better understand, express, and regulate emotions, skills-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to build practical coping tools, anger management work to support safer and healthier expression of anger, and mindfulness-based approaches like Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to reduce stress and improve present-moment awareness. When appropriate, we also incorporate parts-based and inner-child work (Internal Family Systems – IFS) to help clients develop self-compassion and internal balance.

Our goal is not perfection, but stress reduction to improve quality of life, emotional safety, and meaningful improvement in daily life—at a pace that feels respectful, collaborative, and supportive.
